Traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate

Midwest Karate has been in Regina for 30 years.  We are a member of the JKA, SKA, and ITKF. Our club teaches traditional Shotokan karate, the most practiced form of karate in the world.  We have taught thousands of people ages 6-66 the art of karate.   Midwest Karate has had the privilege to train provincial, national and international champions.  Our current instructors are ITKF Pan-American Championship, World Championship and World Cup medalists.
